Please try checking the Spam/Junk folder in your email account if the email didn’t reach your inbox within 5 minutes.
If you have multiple email addresses, please check the inbox for the same email address you used when purchasing Zorin OS Pro. If you don’t remember this email address, we recommend that you log into each email account and search for “Zorin OS”.
If you purchased Zorin OS 11 Ultimate or an earlier version
All versions earlier than Zorin OS 15 have reached their end of life. No further maintenance updates – including critical security upgrades – will be released for these versions. To keep your computer secure, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Zorin OS.
If you still wish to redownload your unsupported copy of Zorin OS Ultimate for historical reasons, please contact us to request a new download link.
